SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 for the U.S. territory 🙌

If you experience delays with your shipment, please contact the shipping company. If the package shows as shipped but you have not received it, please wait 48 hours before contacting us and check with your neighbors or anyone who may have seen it.

RETURNS

At iuju, every piece is meticulously inspected and carefully packaged before it ships out. We hope you love the pieces you purchase, but if you want to return or change an item, just send an email to info@helloiuju.com with your name and order number, and "Returns" on the subject 💌

Due to the nature of our small business we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.  All items can be returned or exchanged if unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Refunds cover the cost of the returned item and do not cover shipping fees.  Used or damaged merchandise cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept exchanges or returns on final sale or promotional items. iuju is not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.

Once we've received the item, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. 

As an eco-friendly brand, we encourage our client community to carefully check the correct size needed before making a purchase. This helps us reduce unnecessary shipping and packaging waste, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.  If you can't find the information you need or you have a specific question feel free to contact us!
